Admit it! At one time or another, a lot of us have dreamed about building a mountain cabin. We have bought log cabin magazines while waiting in line at the grocery store. We get these peaceful, log cabin pictures showing up on Facebook and it does not matter if they are summer or winter pictures, it strikes a longing in a lot of us for that kind of life. I have news for you. It can be a reality, especially with this property. We feel it is priced to leave you with plenty left over to build that home that you are thinking about. I would call this property a slight downslope from the paved road, (you will have to see and judge for yourself), and there are only not that many vacant lots on this side of the street. Certainly, not ones that are for sale. Currently, there are no utilities on this property. Angelus Oaks is only a hop, skip, and a jump from "civilization". It is about twelve miles to Yucaipa and only a few more miles to Redlands. Whether you are looking for a place to live year round, or are just wanting a "get away from the city" kind of place, think about building here and becoming part of our mountain community.
